If SHTF tomorrow, which herbs do I wish I had in the garden.

Selfishly, I'm thinking about this at the moment and thought everyone could help me think.  If the roads were closed or no help was coming, what do I need to make and use.

To start you off, I really should have Echinacea in the garden.  I just haven't so far because it seems to die out each winter and I hate having to restart a crop every year.

We have plenty of edible weeds and herbs that grow without any management.... Like purslane, sorrel, clover, dandelion.

I have been watching EatTheWeeds guys on YouTube, he is very good.

Wife has plenty of rosemary, parsley, lavender, coriander etc, that seem to be very self sustaining.

I have a few australian edible weeds handbooks. Many of them were eaten by the early german settlers.
We have here garlic chives (25 years old), shallots, garlic, rosemary, ginger, bay tree, lime (leaf type), basil, dill and lemon grass all growing. Have soursop for cancer teas, lemons, juice limes, mandarins, oranges, mangoes, pecans, acovados, mulberries, olives, star apples, five cornered fruit, ambrolia, guavas, macadamias, bananas, apples, cherries, malungay (probably most important), jerusalim artichokes. I know not all herbs but many have more uses than just the fruit etc.

Loose ends make my arse itch and I have just clipped my finger nails. So the itch flows to my trigger finger.
