Peak Prosperity
« on: January 14, 2018, 01:43:55 pm »

Anyone follow Chris Martensen?  I tune in for the free stuff and podcasts but enjoy his extensive background in economic things.

I have been having a chat to them about presenting a conference in Australia.  They have indicated that they need 75+ people to make it worthwhile and would like on the ground help to do publicity, pick venue and etc etc.

Anyone had any experience doing this kind of thing?  Any ideas where I might start in finding the (probably voluntary) talent to organize this?

Any indication of what is the ticket price for those 75 attendees?

I remember when his site was all free ...  before it became 'peak prosperity'.  His Crash course series was good.

I think the current title reflects his personal income derived from his website. He personally is at Peak Prosperity.  Wonder if he's making more from that now than he was being VP for Pfizer?

If it is more than $25 a head I am buggered!
You would need probably 500 people or so to make it worth while.
Not sure where you could house them though.

There is an American conference and I neglected to notice how much that one was.  Should go and revisit.  Thanks for the heads up.  Thought it might be something fun to be involved in but yes, should find out the profit margin before I get excited.  Do you reckon I could fit 75 in the garage and put Chris Martensen in the spare room with the cats?

Does the spare room have lavish decor and are you close to a Michelin Star restaurant?  The dude is a serious High Roller.  Adviser to presidents and such.

Well that would be No and No.  But one of the cats had a father with a breed name!
