nothing a few sticks of dynamite can't fix
« on: March 02, 2018, 09:14:33 am »

Absolutely sick of seeing people from southern states complaining about Cubbie station, owned by Chinese/Japanese interests, and the big dam they have built which stops water flowing down stream. The government doesn't care.  Organise some explosives or earth moving machinery  and take care of the problem yourselves. I'm a queenslander and embarrassed by what my state is allowing to happen. Yes, they will rebuild the wall, but im sure if it's destroyed enough times, everyone will get the seriousness of the situation... clearly, protesting on social media isn't really working, is it?

I'm not the one this is affecting, when I have to fight battles, I do. Just wish people would realise posting memes on FB isn't going to solve this. Action, even if 'illegal', will. I've done plenty of 'illegal' things in my life because the rules are BS. When Chevron tried to do exploratory fracking in Poland, farmers parked all manner of machinery over the land and said 'no you bloody won't '. When the EU said you will take muslim refugees in, Poland said 'no we bloody won't'. These are the people I descend from, sometimes Oz people's lack of willingness to fight dirty makes me sad

Look Mia most aussies are limp wristed bum lickers!
Do not hold your breath for anything to change in a hurry.
Most real bushies are too laid back.
For me the bullshit with tree clearing laws needs every rural truck needs to be parked on the freeways of brisbane and on every major route all with flat tyres and no keys in them with the airbrakes bled dry.

+1

But I don't have to bleed the air in my truck, it's gone after 10 minutes anyway :)

I don't blame Aussies, but wish they would learn by example, as experience is a much harsher teacher. Sliding sideways into fascism, the government is so corrupt it makes my eyes water, and somehow everyone sits idly by and follows the rules, irrespective of how blatantly unjust they are. If it's  broke, FIX IT. But I think Tassie just voted the Libs in again, so really, I give up...
